Production Control Organisation (PCO) Allowance: -
Staff on posting from shop floor to Production Control Organisation are eligible for PCO allowance at the following rates:
Section Engineers and Sr. Section Engineers in Level-7 in the Pay Matrix (VII CPC) - 6 % of Basic Pay
Non-Supervisory staff and Jr.Engineers up to Level-6 in the Pay Matrix (VII CPC) - 12 % of Basic Pay
NDA (Night Duty Allowance) & Its Calculation
Night Duty Allowance is a special type of allowance given to government employees who work at night. This allowance is for those who do their jobs at night, such as railways, security guards, nurses, police officers, naval officers, etc.
Calculation
of NDA Hours is counted from the hours duty performed in Night Shift from 10.00
PM to 6.00 AM.
Weightage of 10 minutes for every hour of duty performed between 22:00 Hrs and 06:00 Hrs will be taken for calculation of payment of NDA.
साइकिल (मेंटेनस) भत्ते की स्वीकार्यता निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अधीन होगी:-
(1) संबंधित कर्मचारी, आधिकारिक यात्राओं के लिए अपनी साइकिल का उपयोग और मेंटेनस करता है।
(2) साइकिल (मेंटेनस) भत्ता प्राप्त करने वाले सरकारी कर्मचारी को यात्रा भत्ता (यानी, दैनिक और माइलेज भत्ता) निम्नानुसार दिया जाएगा: -
Risk and Hardship Allowance for Track Maintainers: -
Track Maintainers (other than Construction organization) are entitled for Risk and Hardship allowances as per mentioned rates.
The employee working in construction organisations are not eligible to claim the R&H Allowance.
₹ 2700/- pm for PML 8 and below
₹ 3400/- pm for PML 9 and above

Special Train Controllers Allowance
As per RBE No. 86/2017 &
RBE 129/ 2017
The Section Controllers and Chief Controllers are entitled for the special Train Controllers Allowances at ₹ 5000/- pm.
This allowance is admissible w.e.f: 01.07.2017.
The allowance will increase by
25 percent each time DA rises by 50 percent.
सातवें केन्द्रीय वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों के बाद विशेष प्रति पूरक भत्तों अर्थात् विशेष प्रति पूरक (दूरस्थ स्थान) भत्ता, विशेष प्रति पूरक (खराब मौसम) भत्ता, विशेष प्रति पूरक (अनु सूचित / जन जातीय क्षेत्र) भत्ता और सुन्दर वन भत्ता को कठिन स्थान भत्ता में शामिल कर दिया गया है।
विशेष प्रति पूरक भत्तों को जो 1 जुलाई, 2017 से कठिन स्थान भत्ता में शामिल कर दिया गाया है की दरें दिये गए टेबल के अनुसार हैं -
