रेलवे अस्पतालों में कार्यरत और भारतीय नर्सिंग परिषद अधिनियम के तहत पंजीकृत सभी स्तरों पर सभी श्रेणियों के नर्सिंग कर्मियों को नर्सिंग भत्ता दिया जाएगा।
7वें सीपीसी के कार्यान्वयन पर, नर्सिंग भत्ता ₹ 4,800/- प्रतिमाह से बढ़कर ₹ 7,200/- प्रतिमाह हो गया। नर्सिंग भत्ते की संशोधित दरें 1 जुलाई, 2017 से लागू होंगी। संशोधित वेतनमान पर देय महंगाई भत्ता बढ़कर 50% होने पर प्रत्येक बार नर्सिंग भत्ते की दर में 25% की वृद्धि होगी ।

Nursing Allowance: -
Nursing allowance will be given to all categories of nursing personnel at all levels employed in Railway hospitals and registered under the Indian Nursing Council Act.
Under Ministry of Railways order dated 17.09.1998, it has been previously decided that Nursing Allowance will not be considered as part of pay.
On implementation of 7th CPC, Nursing Allowance increased from ₹ 4,800/- per month to ₹ 7,200/- per month. The revised rates of Nursing Allowance will be effective from July 1, 2017.
The rate of nursing allowance will increase by 25% every time the dearness allowance payable on the revised pay scale increases to 50%.
