 महंगाई भत्ता

 महंगाई भत्ता:- कर्मचारियों को महंगाई और जीवन यापन की बढ़ती लागत की भरपाई के लिए डीए दिया जाता है। 

डीए गणना का आधार अखिल भारतीय उपभोक्ता मूल्य सूचकांक है। कर्मचारियों को स्वीकार्य डीए की दर गणना के अनुसार देय होने पर हर साल पहली जनवरी और पहली जुलाई को मौजूदा दर से बढ़ाई जाएगी। 

Dearness Allowance: - DA is granted to  employees to offset inflation and rising cost of living and inflation. 

Basis for DA calculation is All India consumer price index. The rate of DA admissible to  employees shall be enhanced from the existing rate on the first of January and on the first of July every year if it is due as per the calculation. 

After 7th Pay Commission that is from 1,1,2016 is as follow

01.01.2016 : Nil, 

01.07.2016 : 2%,

01.01.2017 : 4%,

 01.07.2017 : 5%, 

01.01.2018 : 7%, 

01.07.2018 : 9% 

01.01.2019 : 12%

 01.07.2019 : 17%

 01.01.2020 : 21%

 01.07.2020 : 24%

01.01.2021 : 28%

01.07.2021 : 31% 

 01.01.2022 : 34%

 01.07.2022 : 38 %

01.01.2023 : 42%
