NDA (Night Duty Allowance) & Its Calculation
Night Duty Allowance is a special type of allowance given to government employees who work at night. This allowance is for those who do their jobs at night, such as railways, security guards, nurses, police officers, naval officers, etc.
Calculation
of NDA Hours is counted from the hours duty performed in Night Shift from 10.00
PM to 6.00 AM.
Weightage of 10 minutes for every hour of duty performed between 22:00 Hrs and 06:00 Hrs will be taken for calculation of payment of NDA.
The hourly rate of Night Duty Allowance is calculated through this approved formula.
The hourly rate of NDA shall be equal to (Basic Pay + Dearness Allowance / 200) which would be admissible to eligible categories of non-gazetted Railway servants classified under chapter XIV of the Railway Act, 1989.
Night Duty Allowance shall be eligible only for Non-Gazetted Employees up to Pay Matrix Level 7
Note - (Employees in Pay Matrix Level 8 under MACP also
eligible).
On implementation of 7th CPC, the Ceiling of Basic Pay is limited to ₹ 43600/- w.e.f. 04.07.2022.
रात्रि ड्यूटी भत्ता एवं इसकी गणना
नाइट ड्यूटी भत्ता के लिए घंटे की गणना नाइट शिफ्ट में रात 10.00 बजे से सुबह 6.00 बजे तक की गई ड्यूटी के घंटों से की जाती है।
एनडीए के भुगतान की गणना के लिए 22:00 बजे से 06:00 बजे के बीच की गई ड्यूटी के प्रत्येक घंटे के लिए 10 मिनट का वेटेज लिया जाएगा।
रात्रि ड्यूटी भत्ता की प्रति घंटा दर की गणना इस स्वीकृत
सूत्र के माध्यम से की जाती है।
एनडीए की प्रति घंटा की दर (मूल वेतन + महंगाई भत्ता बट्टा 200) के बराबर होगी जो रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989 के अध्याय XIV के तहत वर्गीकृत अराजपत्रित रेल सेवकों की पात्र श्रेणियों के लिए स्वीकार्य होगी।
नाइट ड्यूटी भत्ता केवल अराजपत्रित कर्मचारियों के लिए वेतन मैट्रिक्स स्तर 7 तक पात्र होगा
नोट - एमएसीपी के तहत पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल 8 के कर्मचारी भी पात्र हैं।
7वें सीपीसी के कार्यान्वयन पर, मूल वेतन की अधिकतम सीमा 04.07.2022 से ₹ 43600/- तक सीमित है।
