पेंशन अदालत - संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी

 पेंशन अदालत:-

पेंशन अदालत आयोजित करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य मौजूदा नीति दिशानिर्देशों के ढांचे के भीतर पेंशनभोगियों की शिकायतों का त्वरित और शीघ्र निवारण करना होगा।

पेंशन अदालत की शुरुआत वर्ष 1986 में हुई, ताकि निपटान बकाया के भुगतान में तेजी लाई जा सके और पेंशनभोगियों/पारिवारिक पेंशनभोगियों की शिकायतों की जांच की जा सके, मुख्यालय, मंडल और कार्यशाला स्तर पर पेंशन अदालत आयोजित की जाती है।

मुख्यालय स्तर पर पेंशन अदालत वर्ष में एक बार 15 दिसम्बर माह में आयोजित की जाती है। और मंडल /कार्यशाला स्तर पर अदालत साल में दो बार यानी 15 जून और 15 दिसंबर को आयोजित की जाती है।

हर साल मार्च/अगस्त के महीने में मुख्यालय, डिवीजन कार्यालय/ कार्यशाला द्वारा एक अधिसूचना जारी की जाती है और आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि जून के लिए 30 अप्रैल और दिसंबर अदालत के लिए 31 अक्टूबर है। सभी सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारी/पारिवारिक पेंशनभोगी अपनी शिकायतें निर्धारित प्रारूप में तीन प्रतियों में संबंधित डिवीजन कार्यालय/मुख्यालय में जमा कर सकते हैं जहां वे काम कर रहे थे।

जिन भुगतान मामलों को अंतिम रूप दिया जाता है, उन्हें अदालत के दिन पेंशनभोगी/ पारिवारिक पेंशनभोगी को वितरित किया जाता है और नीतिगत मामलों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर अंतिम रूप दिया जाता है।

Pension Adalat:-

The main objectives of holding the Pension Adalat would be prompt and quick redressal of pensioners grievances, within the framework of the extant policy guidelines.

Pension Adalat Started in the year 1986 in order to expedite the payment of settlement dues and to examine the grievances of pensioners/family pensioners, pension adalat is held at Head Quaters, Divisional & Workshop level.

At HQs level the pension adalat is held once in a year in the month December 15th. And at Divisional/ Workshop level the adalat is held twice in a year i.e. on 15th June & 15th December.

A Notification is issued by  Head Quaters, Division Office/ Workshop in the month of March/ August every year and the last date of submission of application is 30th of April for June and 31st of October for December Adalat. All retired employees/ family pensioner can submit their grievances in the prescribed format in triplicate to the concerned Division office/  Head Quaters where they were working.

The payment cases which are finalized are distributed to the pensioner/ family pensioner on the day of Adalat and the policy matters are finalized on priority.
