Leaving jurisdiction.- (IREC - 1622)

(1) No railway servant is entitled to pay and allowance for any time beyond the limits of his charge without the proper authority. 

(2) A Controlling Officer may allow any railway servant subordinate to him to proceed on duty to any station within the limits of the Railway although such station may be beyond the limits of his charge and to draw traveling allowance under rules.

The Head of Departments may define the limits of the sphere of duty of a railway servant. (IREC -1623)
