Transfer on public grounds.(IREC - 232)
(a) When a railway servant is transferred otherwise than for the public convenience, a copy of the order of transfer shall be sent to the Accounts Officer with the endorsement stating the reasons of the transfer. In the absence of such an endorsement the Accounts Officer shall assume that the rail servant has been transferred for the public convenience.
(b) In the case of railway servants in Groups C & D a certificate from the head of the office may be accepted in lieu of the copy of the order prescribed in clause (a).
