Model Question for the Inquiry Officer for Preliminary Inquiry, under Discipline and Appeal (Hindi / English

 अनुशासन और अपील  के अंतर्गत, प्रारंभिक जांच के लिए जांच अधिकारी के लिए एक मॉडल प्रश्न

Note - यह   मॉडल प्रश्न है जो जांच अधिकारी प्रारंभिक जांच के दौरान पूछ सकते है (यह संपूर्ण प्रश्न नहीं है), इस प्रकार होगा

प्रश्न  1. कृपया आपना नाम, पदनाम और कार्यालय से परिचित कराएं जिसमें आप कार्यरत हैं?

प्रश्न 2. क्या चार्ज मेमोरेंडम जिसका  संख्या _____  और दिनांक _____  है  और जो आपको  जारी हुआ है, आपको प्राप्त हुआ है?

प्रश्न 3. क्या आपको जांच अधिकारी नियुक्त करने का आदेश पत्र प्राप्त हो गया है?

प्रश्न 4. क्या आपने अपना बचाव सहायक/ सलाहकार नामित किया है?

प्रश्न 5. क्या आपने अनुबंध III में सूचीबद्ध दस्तावेज़ का निरीक्षण कर लिया है?

प्रश्न 6. क्या आपने चार्ज मेमोरेंडम का उत्तर दे दिया है?

प्रश्न 7. क्या आप अपने विरुद्ध लगाए गए आरोपों को समझ गए हैं और यदि हां, तो क्या आप  इसके लिए दोषी मानते हैं या नहीं?

प्रश्न 8. क्या आपने कोई अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज़ मांगे हैं?

प्रश्न 9. क्या आप अपने मामले में किसी बचाव गवाह को बुलाना चाहते हैं? यदि हाँ तो उनकी प्रासंगिकता बतायें?

प्रश्न 10. क्या आप इस मामले में कुछ और कहना चाहते हैं?


अंत में लिखा जाएंगा “प्रारंभिक जांच समाप्त हो गई”,

(प्रारंभिक जांच के समापन पर उपस्थित जांच अधिकारी, आरोपित कर्मचारी बचाव सहायक, प्रस्तुतकर्ता अधिकारी के हस्ताक्षर लिए जाएंगे और उसकी प्रति आरोपी को दी जाएगी)

 


A model question, for Inquiry Officer for Preliminary inquiry, under Discipline and Appeal

 

 Note - This is the model question that the investigating officer can ask during Preliminary Inquiry (it is not the complete question), it will be as follows

Question 1. Please introduce your name, designation and office in which you are working?

Question 2. Have you received the charge memorandum numbered _____ and dated _____ issued to you?

Question 3. Have you received the order letter to appoint the Inquiry officer?

Question 4. Have you nominated your defence assistant?

Question 5. Have you inspected the documents listed in Annexure III?

Question 6. Have you replied to the charge memorandum?

Question 7. Do you understand the charges against you and if so, do you plead guilty thereto or not?

Question 8. Have you asked for any additional documents?

Question 9. Do you want to call any defence witness in your case? If yes then tell their relevance?

Question 10. Do you want to say anything else in this matter?

At the end it will be written “Preliminary investigation is over”,

 

(At the conclusion of the preliminary Inquiry, signatures of the Inquiry officer, accused employee, defence assistant, presenting officer will be taken and a copy of the same will be given to the accused)
