ARPAN
Advanced Railway Pension Access Network or simply called ARPAN which in Devanagari language means "offering", is an online virtual communication system offering exhaustive information and a platform for airing suggestions and grievances to the pensioners. The network promises solutions to all pension related issues.
The website of this system has been designed meticulously keeping in mind primarily the needs and expectations of the pensioners. The information regarding pension account, the Dearness Allowance rates, rules and regulations governing the payment of pension and several other pension associated matters is just a click away.
The menu driven web pages, enables the user to select the desired content and navigate through the relevant web pages with ease. Secrecy and confidentiality of each pension account has been taken care of by introducing login facility to each individual with self created password. ARPAN will not only benefit the pensioners immensely but also give them a sense of independence and pride.
Pension payment details and other particulars along with download facility of Revised Pension Payment Order (PPO) is also made available in ARPAN portal after logging in on ‘My Account’ by the bonafide pensioner/family pensioner.
एडवांस्ड रेलवे पेंशन एक्सेस नेटवर्क या सरल शब्दों में अर्पण कहा जाता है, जिसका देवनागरी भाषा में अर्थ है "पेशकश", एक ऑनलाइन आभासी संचार प्रणाली है जो संपूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान करती है और पेंशनभोगियों को सुझावों और शिकायतों को प्रसारित करने के लिए एक मंच प्रदान करती है। नेटवर्क पेंशन संबंधी सभी मुद्दों के समाधान का वादा करता है।

मेनू संचालित वेब पेज, उपयोगकर्ता को वांछित सामग्री का चयन करने और प्रासंगिक वेब पेजों के माध्यम से आसानी से नेविगेट करने में सक्षम बनाता है। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को स्व-निर्मित पासवर्ड के साथ लॉगिन सुविधा शुरू करके प्रत्येक पेंशन खाते की गोपनीयता और गोपनीयता का ध्यान रखा गया है। अर्पण से न केवल पेंशनरों को अत्यधिक लाभ होगा बल्कि उन्हें स्वतंत्रता और गर्व की भावना भी मिलेगी।
पेंशन भुगतान विवरण और अन्य विवरण संशोधित पेंशन भुगतान आदेश (पीपीओ) की डाउनलोड सुविधा के साथ-साथ बोनाफाइड पेंशनभोगी/ पारिवारिक पेंशनभोगी द्वारा 'मेरा खाता' पर लॉग इन करने के बाद अर्पण पोर्टल में भी उपलब्ध कराया जाता है।
