म्यूचुअल ट्रान्सफर पर वरीयता
1. जिन रेल कर्मचारियों की परस्पर अदला-बदली आधार पर किसी मंडल कार्यालय या रेलवे के एक संवर्ग से दूसरे मंडल कार्यालय या रेलवे के तदनुरूप संवर्ग में स्थानान्तरण हो, उन कर्मचारियों की वरिष्ठता ग्रेड में पदोन्नति की तारीख के आधार पर बनी रहेगी या वे उन रेल कर्मचारियों की वरिष्ठता का स्थान ले लेंगे, जिनके साथ उनका स्थानान्तरण हुआ है, दोनों में से जो भी नीचे हो।
2. दो विभिन्न ग्रेडों में कर्मचारियों के बीच परस्पर अदला-बदली स्थानांतरण की अनुमति भी दी जा सकती है परंतु यह अनुमति संवर्ग के मध्यवर्ती ग्रेड में नहीं बल्कि केवल भर्ती ग्रेड में ही है। परस्पर अदला- बदली स्थानांतरण की अनुमति की मांग करने वाले दोनों कर्मचारियों को लिखित में वचनबद्धता देनी होगी कि उन्हें भर्ती ग्रेड में अपने हित में बिना शर्त वापस आने और नई यूनिट में अपनी निम्नतम वरीयता स्वीकार करने की स्वीकृति देनी होगी।
Seniority on Mutual Transfer
1. Railway Servants transferred on mutual exchange from one cadre
of a division, office or Railway to the corresponding cadre in another
Division, office or Railway shall retain their seniority on the basis of the
date of promotion to the grade or take the seniority of the Railway Servant
with whom they have exchanged, whichever of the two is lower.
2. Mutual transfers may also be permitted between staff in two
different grades, but only in the recruitment grade of the cadre and not in
intermediate grades. Both the employees seeking mutual exchange shall have to
give a written undertaking accepting reversion unconditionally and willing in
their own interest to the recruitment grade and bottom seniority in their
respective new unit.
